Garmin Networking Question???

I recently bought and had installed a Garmin 122sv on the bow with LS, and a 106sv on the bow and another 106sv on the console. The 2 106's are networked together and running a GT56 on the rear and also the Ultres transducer on the TM. (not sure what benifit that transducer will be), and Lake Vu card.

The 122sv with Livescop is not networked to the 2 106's, but stand alone.

Is there a need to link the 122 to the 2 106's?? Or what the pro/con of networking all 3 together??

With networking, you can share waypoints, sonar, mapping, etc......also when updating them they can all be updated at the same time.....
