AT & Hydrowave

I am very excited about my Active Target purchase. My hydrowave is currently on the TM shaft where my active transducer needs to go 8-10" above my brush TM motor. So I am going to move it to the top of TM motor. I have seen it installed on the front and the back (near the prop). Is there a better position? Things I am considering..AT performance in my books trumps the hydrowave's speaker position. Anyone have any experience and/or opinion on the topic?

I have a hydrowave on top of the TM (MG Tour Pro) motor, an HDI transducer on bottom, and AT 8 inches above TM motor on shaft. No issues.
