Last piece I bought was at Bass Pro. It was rectangular but intended to be cut to match the shape of the bow step area you have.
I replaced the front Non skid material this past winter with a piece of this. I really like it

Contact stewart products company. They sell 5-6 patterns of self adhesive rubber mat…..and will sell custom sized pieces too. Have purchased from them a few times…..top notch.

I picked up a rubber floor mat at one of the home stores for a very few bucks. Cut it to shape and glued it down. Really looked nice, actually better than what Skeeter put on the boat originally. Do some shopping around.
The marine stuff is, as you would expect, over priced.
I ordered a 4ft by 2.5 ft rubber mat from Amazon and will cut to fit and glue it down on the front bow portion of my tin rig. I’m in the process of installing a new troller and had to replace the wood portion underneath anyway. I figured it will help with vibration and dress up the front as well. I looked at other options (many suggested here and I do appreciate all of them), but this looks like it would best fit the budget right now. I can always update it later if I have issues.
the product is reasonable but the shipping isn't...lol I'll find something local I'm sure

I replaced same thing on my boat when I installed Ghost TM this spring. Have 75% of the piece I bought left over. Tell me roughly what size you want and I’ll send it to you for the cost of shipping.
Thank you sent a pm
