The title is my rig. It’s got a 6” manual jack plate as well. I’m only getting about 60mph at 5400rpm. I feel like my setup is off and I should be getting more speed than that. Any recommendations on setup or opinions on what type of speed I should be getting?

Check out the Xpress section. That’s a 68-72mph boat set up right. Weight distribution, ptp, prop, pitch are all going to be a little different but that boat will move out when you get her set up right! Have you had this boat long? I’m heavily considering it as my next boat!

No I bought it as a project last fall and am really just now getting it back to where I can work in setup. I thought I should be able to get 70mph. I looked for the express section but didn’t see it. Guess I missed that lol

Casslaw is right on target. My uncle's X19, with 150 VMax, got 58 with a 22" PowerTech 3 Blade, after 10 years and unknown hundreds of hours. He fished 4x a week. On Xpress site, the 200 SHO spins a 25" SHO prop at 5.25" for 70mph. I would try a Stiletto, or PowerTech 25, starting at the same height. You didn't state if you had a JP, but they usually come with a 6" manual.
