SW Side of Chicago Trailer Repair

Anyone know of a repair place around the SW side of Chicago that could do some welding repair on my trailer (tube frame)? The boat is an 03' Nitro 901 (19'). I have some rust, cracking on the crossmembers. This would need to be someplace that can lift the boat off since I have nowhere to put it.

Advantage trailer in Carol Stream is where I've taken my trailers when they've needed work. They do great work. Not sure if they can pull the boat off. Worth a call. 630-765-5858

    Thanks for the info.
I haven't checked Subtrailer. I'll give them a shout. The biggest issue is the boat being off the trailer..

Can you just block it up on cinder blocks and bring them the trailer for repair?

    Conley Steel
    Located in: Wheatland Industrial Park

Address: 8820 Ramm Dr, Naperville, IL 60564

    Phone: (630) 851-0022

I would not take my trailer any place else. These guys mean business when they work on your stuff. They have the means to pull your boat off the trailer there - I know cause they had mine suspended in mid air while they went to town on my trailer. This was over 10 yrs ago and my trailer welds have held up along with the other work they did to my trailer. Countless trips to Canada and Florida and it has all held up just fine.

I ended up contacting Conley Steel. I'm beyond satisfied with the work they did. They plated 3 of the 4 cross members. The repair is visible since the only other options were to fabricate and replace the entire cross member or get a new trailer. But the piece of mind knowing they are done is what matters to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs welding/fabricating repair on a trailer.
