There must be some pretty good zipline rides around there someplace. It's not for me but others might enjoy it

Haven't been there in about 25 years, but I would check out Crawford Notch.
There are waterfalls visible from the highway (Rt. 302) with parking areas adjacent and there is access to larger falls as well..Arathusa and Ripley(?). For those you're gonna have to hike some. Just pull in at the signs and drive up to the trail head. The trails were always well marked and not particularly challenging. Proper footwear is recommended.

Lost river, polar caves, cog railway, drive the Kanc, drive through Franconia Notch, eat breakfast at poly's pancake house. Woodstock inn and brewery has great food. Conway has some good restaurants, shopping etc. There are endless hiking opportunities around that area, some quick and easy some are very strenuous. Diana's bath is a great place to hike to and swim. Hope that helps.

Don't forget Clark's Bears (formerly Clark's trading post) if you have kids. The bear show is fun.

And really good small mouth and large mouth fishing throughout that region as well. North of there, in Berlin NH there is a substantial trail network and a few dealers with dozens and dozens of Polaris RAZ’R rentals. They have both two and four seaters if you like off-roading.
