Dresden and Byron plants to be decommissioned. Layoffs starting.
Braidwood, LaSalle to close in the next few years.
Only hope is a reduction of subsidies for coal which have an unfair advantage in pricing.

As much as I would miss looking forward to March 1 and early season fishing at Braidwood, I would fish there A LOT in the summer if the power plant was shut down.
