    Smoked chops tonight

Bought a couple thick rib cut pork chops and decided to throw them on my little 14 WSM instead one of my kettles or Genisis, rubbed in Killer Hogs BBQ Rub for about 1.5 hours at 275 and glazed with Traeger Sugar Lips for the last 10 minutes.

Not a great big pork chop fan but using a smoker now has changed my appetite for some different foods. Haven't tried the chops yet in the smoker.

Looks great! Pork tenderloin in the Masterbuilt electric (cheating, I know!) tomorrow. Can't wait!
