thinking about adding a fifth battery just in case i need it has anyone done this if so id appreciate a pik and describe what to do
i've got a new optima D31M battery running a 12 hds carbon and 1 859 hb on the bow maybe i don't need another

Needing it depends on the performance of your Optima. If it is keeping your electronics working and your engine cranking then you may be good, if not, there are a lot of stronger batteries out there.
I went to a lithium cranking / electronics battery, but I have four graphs and a livescope which is a pretty big draw. I’m guessing you wouldn’t need a 5th battery.
