    Is it a good deal?

I just put a refundable deposit down on a 2017 Ranger Z521C. I sold my 98 Triton Tr 21DC last week and I was looking at getting another Triton, bass cat or a skeeter but I stumbled upon this ranger for $45,000 and thought that I just couldn't pass it up. The ranger has a hydraulic jack plate with a 250HO Evinrude with less than 300 hours with a warranty till the end of 2021. It also comes with two 8ft power poles, 2 helix 10s at the console, a helix 10 and a 10 inch Garmin with live scope at the bow, mounted to a 112lb Ultrex. However the trailer tongue has rust on it and there are a few spots of light rust on the sides of the trailer. The boat came from New York. Is it truly a good deal and what things do I need to pay special attention to when I go look at it next week?

As with any used boats, the engine is the biggest risk. That is a great rig and I would have a mechanic check out the engine (service history, compression numbers etc). Good luck!

There was a major thread or two about buying a rig with an Evinrude. That would be the deciding factor if I was in your position.

Sounds fair to me. A bit below what it would be worth, as it should with a Evinrude, with a Mercury or Yamaha.
