    Port Side Rod Locker

Is pulling the port side rod tubes hard? Do you generally take out the handle holders too? Trying to fit in 15-17 rods. Boat comes in two weeks. Just curious.

Not at all. Just a few screws and it pulls right out. I kept the butt end "antlers" in place and removed the tubes. You can fit way more rods.

    Same thing here.

I left the antler's in there to keep them from sliding into the Co-angler box.

After removing the tubes I found my crankbait rods that I place on the outside were piling up at the tips with all my rods. I made a T shaped divider out of some black starboard to keep them in place. Used the original screws and holes from the tube system for the top of T.
