    X19 Weld Cracking

    Boat started leaking, thought it was a live-well fitting, but no. Found this.

    Anyone deal with Xpress warranty on a issue like this?

    they may fix but be prepared to wait extended time if you have warranty.

    it's where the transom is welded to the hull. Facing the rear of the boat...like this but the left side

    That wouldn't be hard to have a shop fix that. The entire weld looks like shit not just where it's cracked. Have them grind it out. Grind in a small groove and weld it back in. Easy fix

    I just had a cracked weld too. I just took it to a local welding shop and they had it fixed in 30 min and it’s as good as new

    Factory directed me to a dealer who had a welder that fixed all their aluminum boats. He did a bang up job.
