Sent in my money a week ago and ask when it would arrive...........nothing but crickets.
Not a customer friendly business.
I'll give it a couple more days and then calling the credit card company to stop payment.

I have never heard a negative thing about All Aboard guys!? Most people brag on how good the customer service is. I know he treated me right!

A week is not a long time. We are now used to Amazon 2 day. Not everything in the world happens like that. I ordered some fuel hose from a company on June 30. Nothing yet. I did email, because I called to confirm it was available before placing the order. Email returned says 'sorry, logistics, blah blah. Expect it by end of July.'
No need to rant for only a week out.
Is it a small operation and they all went to ICAST?
