I have a older daiwa Emblem Z 2500ia. Been sitting in storage. USPS has destroyed all hopes of fishing. Wee bit of rash but the sweetest smoothest reel I ever used. I was gonna get a rod for it at sometime and use it for stream fishing but don't see that happening. I must have cleaned it before I put it away cause it looks pretty nice when I just went down to get it! 125 shipped. Pm me if interested.

Have to trolled around ebay?? Some of the reels being sold from Japan are amazing. I window shop daiwa mainly. Last reel I ordered a few months ago got here in 3 days. I got about 6 emblem reels right now. Very happy with them.
Before USPS, when I fished tournaments hard, my goto reel was the daiwa whisker SS. Bought them new in 1990 and fished them hard till now. I got one 1600SS left. It's been beat to death. Still a great reel. Noisy clunky and squeeky. If I was getting back boater in a tournament, I would start using this reel just to annoy the guy up front with the noise.

Between ebay and the swap board, I haven't bought a new reel since 2004.
