Looks like gel

It's gel and it's a deep, almost blood red. It's not the typical bright red. It really pops in that color combo.

Option 7 looks really sharp. Probably would be my 1st pick followed by options 8 than 1. Honestly all the options look really good.

All the color options are really nice this year. Skeeter did a wonderful job.

Here is a more close up of the 2022 Option #2. The part that looks silver actually has some blue in the flake, and it shines really well.

After seeing the green one in person I was not impressed. Way too much green for me and it's a odd green at that. It's overdone to.me but that is why we all have choices. Some folks will.love it.

What's with the wheels .. some silver/black...some all black .. are they just getting rid of old 21 stock ... The 22 is supposed to have the silver/black I thought .. or is this a option?

I think they just use what comes in when its time to add the wheels. I like the black/silver way better than the all black on the 21/22 models.. I know its just personal preference and some probably like the all black better.
