I have a UHD 93sv right now with 2.20 update. I will be getting a 106sv and it might have the latest software.. My question is can I link the 93uhd with 2.20 software to a 106sv 17.10 software?

Do you mean the Livescope and not the 93? When the 93 UHD was released it with v10.xx......

Should work if both units are on same version. Version of Livescope doesn't matter.
