Ficht 1999 200fpleen low 40v circuit voltage at idle

Again new fault. Idle voltage 22v, when rpm rises is voltage 40v.
Wires on fine. Stator resistance is normal. Could it be fault in the voltage regulator i do not want in vain buy new
Sometimes give fault momentarily code 17 to 40v circuit below range.
    Voltage viewed with evdiag program.
Is the system voltage not 24v? Why it goes up also does not give fault code?

The 40v circuit is developed to drive the injectors, check out the big blue capacitor!

I know. But is it 24v or 40v? In the voltage regulator reads 40v.
Thanks for tip! Need to measure capacitor.

    24v at idle and 40v at 1500 RPM's!
