Hi, Needing help setting up the Helix 12 with the built in Motorguide transducer. Going thru the options I can only get a poor bottom reading and not Di only on the Airmar medium setting. I believe it should be set to the other options but can not get a bottom reading on them . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
What is the frequency rating of the Motor Guide transducer and which generation Helix 12 MEGA DI?

Hi Wayne. The unit is a new Gen 4 and the Motorguide has a 83/200 2D and 455/800 HD. thanks for your help!
The G3N and G4N have HW CHIRP for standard 2D sonar and 455/800/1200 kHz for Down Imaging.
I think you can dumb the unit down to the Motor Guide level if you want, I don't have a G4N MEGA DI+ unit to check all the Connected Transducer choices.
