I just don’t want to fish in the rain. Ehhhhh I’m getting old I guess. Anyone else just don’t want to fight tue darn rain and be miserable? Suppose to rain Sunday but the storms is my concern with no docks for safety some what.

I been that way for awhile. But what is funny is when I have gone out and the weather man had it wrong and I got rained on, I've had some really good days.
Discipline is the key, if you can't hack it, pack it!
Yes sir I agree.
If you want to fish in North Carolina you better be prepared to get wet. Over the past 4 years we’ve become the Seattle of the East coast. I don’t mind it in the fall winter and spring……but it can mess up the way the fish set up in the summer.
Yes sir, that I have seen 100% of a way it is here.
Yep. Remember though that the 2 best times to fish are when its raining and when it aint!
All depends on lake type rite. ??
Johnpscott, meaning it always a good time
I don't care to fish in the rain either, mainly because there may be Lightning associated with it. Being retired, I'll pick my days. When I was younger and working, yeah, I would go in the rain.

Summer time rain, doesn't even bother me. I don't even wear rain suit in the summer.
