    Happy you pulled through this OP.

    If it is any encouragement to you, I had a heart attack in May of 1987 at the age of 42. Had quintuple coranary bypass surgery and here I am at the ripe old age of 76 planning to fish a tournament tomorrow morning.

    i have had a handful of customers in their 40's or early 50's with heart issues lately. some did not make it.

    Take care of yourself...I had 2 prior to 30 that were due to arrhythmia? I lived a high speed, high stress lifestyle. Destress, and do your best to eat better. Glad you made it.

    Realy hope you feel better. A friend of ours had a stroke. Was fine in 3 days. Then 4 days after had another one been in hospital since. Shes in 30s. Its scary. Ill pray for yall!

    had mine at 49, widow-maker, mine was/is attributed to my Blood/sugar issues, I walk everyday and try to keep my BMI in the low 20's, and A1C in the 6's Glad you are doing better, get moving it will save you some discomfort down the road

    Some of us, me too, need a beat down to know we need to change our lifestyle of excise, eating and stress mgmt. I'm sure you will have a great long live ahead of you. Good luck..... walk every day... some excercise... try to eat a little better... and take your medication prescribed for blood pressure and blood thinners/colesterol statins they give you... good luck brother
