I think they feel way better. Your down inside them vs on top of them. I used high density Upholestry foam I found on Amazon. They are comfy. Kind of feel like your in a race car seat or something. Lol

I never set in those before. I do like the ones in my XD better than most of the traditional style set-ons.

That’s what they are! Well the guy has a mold and calls them Allison bucket seats.

I like where you put the charger plug... I never wanted to cut the hole on the cap... I might do that to mine,.

I put my power outlets for my black lights in my cup holders, I don't like drilling holes in my boat.

Seats looks really nice !! Always a good idea to cover all foam with plastic. Even though a true marine foam is designed to drain we cover all foam with plastic.

Heavy duty garbage bags work well. Water will go through the material at the stitching into the foam. The plastic serves as a barrier to help the water shed and not wet you when you sit down after a rainstorm. Not saying you won’t get wet with plastic as a barrier but it should help reduce the amount of water being held in your seat.

Some do ….. some don’t. I just finished a 97 Nautique. The original interior had plastic over the foam. The next one I do may not. Weird….
