Daiwa guys, Daiwa says to not run a leader knot thru the guides and to tie your leader outside the last guide. Watching Feiders video on his jig rod his knot is at the first guide. Any experience with this on here?

Do a search. You'll be fine running a leader.
I run my leader with a few wraps on the spool, no issues. 10 YGK to 7 sniper.
I don't have a tatula I have a steez but mine is fine through the guides
