Hole in 0nes

How many of you who are avid golfers never had one. I figured the other day and I have probably played over 12,000 par threes in my life and have not had one.(yes I have spent way too much time on the golf course) I once saw three in three days. I have lipped out several and even flew one in that came out. My mom who wasn't that good had 3 and my son had one when he was 12. I just figure now it's not meant to be, for me. I did hole a 1 iron for double eagle about 30 years ago. First time I hit it on the course and probably the only good shot I ever hit with it.

Same here, not one yet anyways. I used to play quite a bit years ago then took a little break. My old room mate and best friend got me back out there and we have played every weekend since the pandemic began so probably April of 2020 missed about 1st of December to the last week of February that's it. No Aces! We talk about it every week, how baffling it is that as much as we've been playing that neither one of us has had one. I've came within 3' and he's been about 4', so close but no cigar. Over the 4th of July weekend we did witness a guy in a group behind us hit one though. It was cool to see. Maybe some day!

none for me but I did eagle a par 4 with a 9-iron from 140 yards out, I saw it bounce and then I figured it was past the green and couldn't find it. My buddy was like, did you check the hole?

7 years of playing quite often and none yet...been close, had one resting with what seemed like half the ball over the lip, but nadda.

I've been playing for 41 years without one...I've been really really close on several occasions.

Never had a hole in one, been playing for 30 years, closet to a pin on a par 3 was a foot, but i have "holed" out from the fairway a couple of times on par 5's for an eagle.

I've been playing for 45 years or so. I had one on hole #2 at Mississippi State Lakeside course, I still have the Plaque somewhere. During my time there I eagled every hole on the course except the other par 3s :(

Not me, but my brother had one on his first/only outing many years ago on a par 3. My uncle, who plays about as much as Roddy and never had a hole-in-one, invited him to play and was disgusted that it happened to my brother and not him after all those years.

I left one on the lip for a car in a tourney once. The people at the tee thought it was leaning on the pin. But nooooo!

I've come close, but never got lucky. Buddy hit one the other day that missed the cup by a 1/2".
