Never offically had one, the closest was a ball that hit the edge of the cup and actually pushed the dirt into the cup. I've had multiple hole outs from fairway though.

Four for me. Three of them were within one year with the first and last on the same hole on the same date. Been a few years, I'm ready for a couple more.

2 and the first one was on a par 4-----300 yards. I was a teen then .
Holed my second shot on a par 3 once after the first one missed the green by 100 feet and landed well offshore in a lake. The second shot was no gem. It was hit flat and landed way short of the green and just rolled across the green into the hole. Not sure whether I should be proud or embarrassed by that. Hit the stick on my second shot on a par 5 once. Didn't even know it until the group that had just finished the hole came back and told me. IIRC I 5 putted from a bunker on the back side. Bad words were said.
Closest I've ever gotten. Golf teases you with that stuff to keep you playing then drives you crazy.

I have had 2. The second one, one hopped in the hole but the first one was really cool. Elevated tee, hit the ball about 6 feet past the pin. I got to watch it spin back in the hole. That was pretty sweet!
