    Rotisserie practice

    Tried to recreate a dish I had in France and since today is the French Independence day I thought is was fitting. Rotisserie Duck stuffed with garlic and olives. RB's potato thread got me thinking. I decided to do a root vegetable medley of potatoes, carrots, and turnip root in a drip pan below the duck. Worked out nicely.
