    MEGA 360 not detected

    Hi guys,

    I have a mega di g3n 12 with mega 360, mega 360 has been flawless till my last trip. My last trip i had a load of issues. It kept coming up with Mega 360 not detected, basicially frozen, i tried resetting defaults, and then finally tried a button that said forget mega 360. None of this worked and then finally i lost 360 in my network. I was on 2.28 so i decided to download 2.44 software, tried it tonight, it doesnt show up at all now (was hoping the software update would fix things). I go to my buddies house grab his g3n 9 Si unit and plug it in at my house and the mega 360 works? I really don't want to send my unit in and wait an extended period of time for a return, any ideas?

    Had the extant same issue last month. Had to send my unit and m360 back to them.

    Had the same issue on two different units. Sent it back and returned but I haven't had a chance to test it out yet.

    Got my stuff back and was finally able to get out on the water yesterday to test it out and it still doesn’t work. Continues to say Mega 360 Not Detected. I then forgot the 360 and now it won’t detect it at all. On the phone with Humminbird again…

    Just sent my unit back but not my mega 360 as it works with other units. Will report back what happens when I get it back

    I got mine back and so far it's working as expected but it's only been 3 trips

    Well crap, the message popped up yesterday again so I guess the trip to HB didn't help. I've tried two different units so it doesn't seem to be a unit problem. The voltage was 12.2.

    I put a new m360 and helix 12 on my boat this past weekend and took it out yesterday. At first it wasn’t connected but that changed but the 360 isn’t turning so very disappointed.

    Well my brother is having the same issue now on this brand new boat, M360, Helix 12's. People having this issue need to report it to Humminbird so they can fish it.
