priced out a 921 elite on showroom asked about adding a keel protector he stated that hambys and keel guard dont fit well on phoenix hull and that they have had issues with them staying completely on .any feed back with experience greatly appreciated

My original Hamby keel protector peeled a bit at the front. It was replaced under warranty and the new one has been on 5 years without a problem.
Original Hamby on a 721 since 2012 with no issues
My Hamby light has been on 5 years right below bottom wing . No problems.
I've had a Hambys on three Phoenix boats now. Never had a problem.
Dealer put A Hambys on my new boat. I had them on others and worked great. Phoenix does not do Hambys from the factory but my dealer puts them on a lot of boats with out issues
I have a hambys on a 2017 921. Had to reseal a little bit where they didnt use enough adhesive by the strakes, been holding up for a couple years since doing the repair.

My son and I both had problems on our last boats. Got the heavy duty Hambys on my Phoenix, never an issue.

Had a keel shield on my 2014 921. Beached it once, keel shield peeled completely off shortly thereafter.
