72 I/O Ranger Bass Boat Question

My husband's old 72 Ranger, she been neglected since he past away, was curious if this is fixable or If I should scrap it..she was a beauty in her day! If I sold it what would b a fair price. I'm in Va. Near Smith Mt. Lake. Hard letting her go, but would love to see her restored.
