    Livewell pumps finally leaking.

It took 17 years, but finally have the old Rule livewell pump housings leaking.
What brand did others replace them with when they failed. It has the old white quick release fittings going into the flow-rite valves, but not sure if the new fittings will fit the same.
Will I need to replace the valves also?

Russ I used the style listed under the forum for livewell fittings.

Mine isn’t the thru hull pump. It’s the ones attached the the FlowRite auto valves. It has a quick connect fitting off the pump into the valve instead of the long thru hull.
I guess I will just have to get them out and see what I need.

Russ, let me know what pumps you end up with. I have a sneaky suspicion I'm about to replace mine to.

After taking everything out, I ended up going back with Johnson SPX 750gal pumps. Easy replacements.
the Rule is probably a better pump, but it wasn’t available at the shop where I went.
