    Nail polish for jig heads

Have you found any brand that works better than others? Have you tried the UV cured nail polish and if so does it last longer?

Sally Hansons hard as nails is good, but any of it being fished in rocks constantly is going to chip.

Putting a coat of Devcon 2 ton epoxy over the dried nail polish will make it more chip resistant but adds another step . Don't use the 5 minute epoxy as it yellows after drying .

I use automotive ‘Scratch Fix’ little tubes you can buy at any auto parts store in about any color you could want. Very durable!! And dries really fast! Works a lot better than any nail polish type paint I’ve used before.
