    2022 Lund Renegades

TODAY...Lund announced to their dealers, some interesting news concerning the 2022 Renegade line.
Several changes are forthcoming for 2022, as well as an additional new size Renegade.
Production is expected to begin in late September. I would imagine marketing information will be out fairly soon,
but at this point....For information now, please contact a Lund dealer. : https://www.lundboats.com/find-a-dea...GqauYlhVU.html

Did they do anything about water getting in under the lids?

Redesign the lids should be an easy fix, hope they stay with rivited construction. Maybe Roto molded live wells like vexus. And a beefed up trailer with front steps and grab pole.

I am actually excited about this one. Hopefully Seadek is an option. Just chatted with Lund online. This is all they would/could tell me.

"Hello , I do not have specifics at this time, I can tell you that they will have a 1975 and both the 1875 and 1975 will have an option to add a port console, the 1775 will not"

I asked about the HP rating for the 1975 and they did not know.

Vexus live wells are fiberglass just like any fiberglass boat, the are not roto-molded. just saying

Thank you, for pointing that out Polarkraft. You are absolutely correct and I apologize. I am sorry I misinterpreted DClark's honest response to a Vexus comment.

If the dealers have all the new information, is the new info hidden somewhere on Lund’s site or is their a link to the new info?

Most new boat releases happen after July 4th. This newer version will most likely be a 2023 completed build is my guess. Definitely interested if the storage lids are addressed. Now that all welded brands are aging a bit, seems the welded aluminum just isn’t going to have long term longevity without a crack or 2or3.
