    Frontenac Park Launch-Cayuga

Can someone tell me if the launch at Frontenac Park is open? Google says it’s permanently closed. I thought that they just redid the launch to accommodate BASS.

Up until a couple weeks ago I was launching there no problem. Unless something is going on there since then it was open for business.Hmmmm

Village clerk website says it’s open. I’m not sure exactly where you’re seeing that it’s closed. They reconstructed the boat ramp last year or so and it’s been open since. My buddy is the foreman of the crew who built it

You can't trust google maps for non-business locations. There was some other place that I saw recently that said "permanently closed" that I just had to laugh.

Thanks, everyone. It was open today for me to launch. Not sure what Google’s problem is.

Not horribly, but not as well as we usually do this time of the year. I don’t remember ever seeing so much floating grass on the lake. Makes topwater fishing a real challenge.
