Coral gas tank question - how to clean out water in fuell

I have a '99 Coral 202 and there seems to be water in the fuel tank. Is there a way to get into one corner and siphon out the bottom to pull out the water? There is what looks to be a vent fitting on the Port side that if it were removeable would provide access. Can that fitting be removed from the outside top of the tank?

How much water are you talking about? since any small amount of water should be handled by your filter.
Have you completely drained the contaminated fuel out of the tank?
