I had the same style pump/fitting. Unfortunately when i contacted flo-rite they do not make that style pump/fitting anymore. I had to replace my pumps and the new pumps have a swivel head. I searched everywhere to locate the old style. I even repaired it and over time it started leaking again. I got the replacement pumps from Ranger parts. I can look for the part numbers if you like,

Thanks guys.. I had already searched on Flow Rite, Rule, and everywhere else I could think of.. and like Javelin90 said, they changed the fitting to the "swivel head" type. Just thought that someone may have had a secret source.

Is the female end threaded? If so why
    wouldn't a regular 90° threaded
    plastic hose barb fitting work?

I don't think it is threaded. Even though that's what would make sense and is available.

Was the female end of the elbow just siliconed onto the male end on the pump?

Could you just use a coupler, either hose or rigid, to make this elbow with 2 male barb ends work?

Oh ok,so the 90 fitting he pictured just slips
over the male barb on the pump housing?
Well, the cheap redneck in me says I
Would go to the auto parts and get a
    3/4 90° formed heater hose and a
3/4 straight barb and some clamps.

Yeah, that is another good idea!

I created my own pump out system tied into my recirculation pumps when I replaced the pumps. I have 2 plastic ball valves and a couple of these Tee's and Elbows to make it work with a section of hose I leave coiled up in my bilge area. Just about anything is possible with some redneck engineering!

see.. that’s why even after 20 years of coming here, I always learn something new.. never thought about just cutting a 2-3 inch piece of 3/4 hose and a double barb 90.. thanks guys

    yep.. that would work too!

while I got y’all, have any of you ever hooked up a bilge with a float in conjunction with the switched one with a T? Or should I just use the plumbing going to my current switched one and hook the hose to a new one with a float? I can always hookup the current switched one to a hose that i could just coil up as a backup. The constant hot wired plug is already there, just sitting there not in use

You would need a backflow preventer
In each line before the "t".Would be
easier to run another line and
    through hull fitting,or the coiled
    hose idea would work.

Yeah that is what I thought it would be
but the pump he has pictured does
not have threads. If his was like the
one you have a regular hose
barb × female thread would work.

Correct my old pump had the barb fitting. I repaired mine with epoxy only to leak again and fill bilge full of water.
Replaced with this style and got two extra pumps and fittings as in time this design will be obsolete.

So this is what I did.. I ordered this one and cut off all the clips.. that made it look almost exactly like the old fitting… I put it on with 3M 5200..it’s not going anywhere.. if this one breaks, I am going to replace the entire assembly.
