Need a quick answer for a noob question. 2001 tracker 185 with a merc 90. Currently running a turning point 13.25”x19p. Almost 6k RPMs at wot pushing 42mph. Get on plane super fast and I believe max RPMs for a Mercury 90 is 5000-5500. So, I’m I’m going to a 13.25”x21p turning point to get a little more top end and drop my RPMs.
Question is, do I need to buy another hub kit for the exact same prop just because I’m increasing pitch? Or can I use the hub kit from my 19p? Tia, guys!
