Have several ladies and children that do not like rare or
even medium rare. In times past when we get close to completing the smoking we have the grill fired up and slice a few steaks off the roast and sear for then. What do you fellas do in these situations.

Fix them a hot dog The grill is the best. Once I did cube some up put rub on them and made them like burnt ends. $$ meat for that but there were none left. Unless you want to pan sear them with a butter rosemary sauce
