I recently replaced the molded hose in my motor. I noticed the grommet was not secured and pushed back inside the lower cowling. My question is what secures the grommet in place.

molded hoes on front where fuel line connects should have grommet it goes thru thats grooved to fit cowling

Seems like somethings missing. Nothing secures it to stay there. Grommet fits but doesn’t click in or anything.

may need new grommet , just pops in place groove holds it , have seen it glued in place also
