Overloaded axle, bent spindles, loose spline shaft nuts/worn shafts.

Will be watching this thread. Same problem for me. Gotta torque those spindle bolts to #150 every 4-5000 miles. Been told I need tires with more plys on the sidewall, ie. truck tires

just installed new Vortex hubs with spindles couple month ago. Where would the spline shaft nuts be located? My first torsion axle trailer.

Where the trailing arms mount to the axle.

They don't on a TDE axle, not like the UFP setup.

I have TDE axle so I don't have spline nuts or can not tighten the spline nuts?

Axle replacement will fix it. If original axle, you may want to anyway. Issues with those years, search on board for axle weld failures.

What tires do you have? I had same issue when i had the marathons and i went with the Goodyear Endurance and never had an issue in 4 years. It looks like i will be replacing my tires due to age soon, not due to wear.
