5100-5200rpm about 55-60mph 10inch atlas hydraulic I just bought the boat yesterday and in test drive felt like it wasn’t getting enough bow lift as driving can see the spray so I know it’s not enough just wondering what prop is best it’s my first yammie

Your rpm is approximately 7-800 low. I don't know what prop to run on a Yamaha. On a Merc 225 with that hull the Fury 3 25 pitch should be good or possibly a 26. Whatever prop turns out to be the correct one, I suggest sending it to Mark Croxton to get it dialed in . That way you know the prop is good. There are a ton of people running props that look perfect to the untrained eye but are really underperforming. Another simple but important factor is to verify that the throttle is reaching 100%.

The VZ225TLR makes its max HP at 5500 RPM. Max operating range is 6000. I would definitely check the health of your outboard.

A 25P scorpion, Yamaha 25P T1, or a 25P tempest are all good props on that hull. You sure that's a standard 25P Fury?

A worked 25P Tempest or 24P Fury is the wheel for that set up. If you have a Hydro plate it'll be a snap to do. You'll feel the needed adjustment in your ass. Bury the plate and slowly bump it up at wide open full throttle. When the steering gets stiff bump it down until it loosens up and that'll be your sweet spot.

I have a 24 Turbo TXP on. I hit 72 with light load. Jumps on plane. Same outboard as yours.
