06 TR21X Prop Info needed

Wanting to try a 25 Trophy on my boat been running a Tempest but after reading on the prop board the respected guys are saying better to not use the exhaust ring if possible, is this possible with only PVS plugs on are boats? I really don't mine messing around adding or installing plugs to get it set up but don't want to be removing a prop on the water. Any input on what PVC plugs your using to get me ahead of the game would be helpful.

Same setup as I'm running. What is your jackplate setback? Is it the standard 6". This boat hull seems to like 8" of setback with 25P Tempest Plus prop at 2.75" PTP with two of the med PVS plugs out and one medium one in. I hope this helps you.

I have a 07” with a 250. I’m running a 26 pitch fury with two medium plugs. I need to check the ptp on it. Not sure about the jack plate. I’ll check it all out later and get back with you
