    I did it. Big move

I sold both my homes on Delmarva peninsula. Putting offer in today on a house in Vero Beach FL. New place isn’t exactly what I would like but the wife likes it and it’s near my daughter and the son in law has a bay boat and lives to fish. So no more lawn mower or farm equipmen.

Housing market there is hot but broker says seller indicates he’ll accept my cash offer. No contingency.

tired of winters here not that it’s really cold but too much for my arthritis.

Congrats and that's a great area for a Fisherman.

Salt or Fresh Your Choice. Both are less than 30 minutes away. Lots of shopping and such near by.

It is an area that we are (sort of) looking at.

No sense in taking bass fishing equipment to Florida. You deserve whatever you want in life after the shizzle you've been through Bill. I wish you good health and tight lines in your remaining days, weeks, months and decades.
