Taking the family to Arkansas and rented house on Ouachita river just south of Blakely mountain dam near Glazypeau creek. Rental has kayaks and plan on bringing a few poles and maybe my pedal kayak. Any special license other than fishing lic or permits needed? Decent fishing in the general area? Don’t plan on venturing out too far. Any help is greatly appreciated.
