My dad has a house in the Hayward area, just outside of Stone Lake, that he spends a few months at in the summer. He's been talking about selling it but the only reason is because he's 82 and worried he won't be able to keep up with maintenance or something going wrong when he's not there. I've searched the internet but only find property management companies that do projects or want to manage the rental of your house. Does anyone know of companies around there that would do things like mow, check for water leaks and limbs down every week or two when he's not there? Something like a lawn care company that watches over your house. Thanks!
