What's on the grill for Father's day?

We do ribeyes one a week but I've never grilled a tomahawk. Can't wait to grill these bad boys up!

Yummy! Sam’s has some Snake River Farm meat here and I’m thinking about treating myself to one of their ribeyes.

    Probably nothing.

FIL ( 92 years old) has been in the hospital for 7 days, released yesterday. I Will be at his place doing his chores. Also a close friend’s wife passed away and visitation is 2-4 on Sunday.

Tonight we are going out to dinner for — Father’s Day, Anniversary, Wife’s Birthday.

Never tried the reverse. I do have a sear burner but I start there and finish them under indirect heat. I'd hate to screw them up with a trial. What temp do you put them over the sear burner? I typically pull them at 135 internal temp.

I’m either going to grill some ribeyes or I have two beautiful fillets of red snapper that I may blacken in the black iron skillet.

We're either grilling Angus burgers or baby back ribs. Have not decided yet.
