Prop compatibility 225 Evinrude Etec

I had some questions previously about altitude and prop pitch.

I confirmed this is an elevation/altitude issue, so I am now working to test 19P prop that I got from the local shop.

I just installed it with the Flo Torq II kit and it feels as if the prop has too much slop or I am missing a step. I followed the Flo Torq instructions, but I am left with a splined washer that is not shown in the instructions.

Pictures attached. Will this prop work with this motor? The castle nut seems to be on too far, but at the same time it feels it needs to be tighter. Am I missing where this splined washer goes?

My current prop is a Cyclone with a built in hub, so this is my first time with a hub kit.

Okay to delete thread. All is good. Once I pounded in the drive sleeve tight everything matched up perfectly.
