I called it at the beginning back in March 2020..... I was very afraid of the "Domino" effect and knew it would take a long time to get everything back to somewhat normal. I have a warehouse with empty shelves here.

Seemed for like someone with firsthand daily experience running a tackle company sharing an inside view. Crews actually has a series on Youtube where he uses and reviews non Missile and non sponsor baits/products. Its pretty interesting.

The shelves are almost bare at our local tackle store and they can't get orders in fast enough. It covers the whole spectrum of tackle. I have a friend working there that will call me whenever they are getting shipments in if he knows I'm looking for something. Sometimes they get orders in and it is gone within a week.

Good article with a view from the inside the business. How he is dealing with supply chain issues by stocking up, in order to meet demand, is interesting. Sounds like he is a forward thinking businessman. Without product there are no sales.

All the more reason to make everything in America, with good Union workers. We know they'll keep the shelves stocked!

It is many things in many markets - the perfect storm. Shipping is slowed, raw material shortages, labor shortages, backlog filling orders

It gives us some perspective into what is really happening across the manufacturing space. People have long forgotten what the freezing weather in the SW has done to the plastics industry. This occurred in February and we still can't get our allotment of resins to mold our plastics for the automotive industry. Semi conductors shortages due to a fire, the list goes on and on of non-Covid related shutdowns and slow downs.
