I placed two orders on the 15th, yes I paid extra for next day. Both orders were for rods and two packs of soft plastic baits were on one order. Both orders picked, got emails saying they were on the way. Only thing that shipped were the two packs of soft baits and a free sticker. Oh joy I'll get my free sticker today. Only place I could find that had the rods in stock. And it does say on their shipping update, No Delay for 2nd day or next day. Well it's always the next day somewhere

but assuming you did and rods probably cost 90$ for next day air or had a asterisk that doesn't qualify.
also wouldn't be surprised if it did ship and it shows up with your worms. This is kind of common for my past shipping exploits

2 day no delay......shouldn't be an issue.
It will be interesting what happens with their CS next. California has opened back up and the reasoning was Covid and restrictions in the area. I'll assume like most places they are understaffed too. If they would get back to something reasonable I would start ordering again. Just don't feel like planning 2-3 weeks out on some stuff

That's disappointing when 2-day and next day says there's no delay. Hopefully they get back on track soon. Are the rods still showing as in stock? I personally shifted all my buying away from TW for the time being.

Yes still showing +10 in stock. Its not an expensive rod but one of the best we’ve ever used at throwing small topwaters. I don’t order much from TW either but he wants the rod for a trip Monday and when you follow their requirements and they still can’t get it out no excuses
