    Weed Sticker For Out of State Boaters

    I had a lake host at the Lee’s Mills boat ramp ask me why I don’t have a weed sticker. I had no clue what he’s was talking about. He showed me his manual and it said non-residents are required to have a weed sticker. I said so where would I buy one of these he didn’t know. FYI

    And just a money grab,(NH) you get nothing for the dough, no inspection or anything.
    Do locals pay it? I believe Maine residents it's included in their fees or something.

    I actually talked to one of my buddies just this weekend that works at DES about this… he said its paid as part of registering your boat if you register in nh but they want the out of staters to pay for it too… personally not a fan of it because i don’t want to have to buy one when i go to other states either…. I can hardly remember to buy my license before the morning of when i go out… not sure how that can work with a sticker!
