    Lunker Pro Slip Sinker for C-rig

    Has any body used these sinkers on a C-rig.

    They look absolutely enormous. The 3/4 oz is 2" long x 1" in diameter. That alone would prevent me from ever trying it, not to mention the super bright colors that I feel like would be likely to spook fish.

    Well, according to the video, it only catches dinks, largemouth dinks, at that! Still, it looks like an interesting idea. Not sure that I'd want a weight for a C'rig that doesn't stay in contact with the bottom. The 3/4 oz egg sinker is there for a reason, and IMO, you can cast it farther than you really should, considering that distance reduces your chances of feeling the fish and then setting the hook properly. I think I want the weight to stay on the bottom, but I also might consider giving these a try...if I wasn't already knee deep in 1/2 > 3/4 oz lead sinkers. I haven't lost very many lead sinkers on a C'rig. Leader/hook, yes, but not the sinker/bead/swivel.
