Active Target Black Box Mounting

My Active Target finally came in and I was wondering where in your Caymas is everyone mounting the black box? Most videos are showing it going into driver side rod locker. I appreciate any words of wisdom before I start drilling holes. Can’t wait to try this thing out!!

I mounted my Garmin box behind the bow plate with wire ties, works great so far!!

Thanks for replying! I feel potentially stupid on this, but what do call the “bow plate”? In my mind it’s the cover that goes over the hole in the bow deck where the bow graphs are mounted.

That's exactly right sir, seems like there are six screw holding it in place, just take those screw out and your box, should fit right in that opening along with a few wire ties to keep it from bouncing around!!
